Are there any side effects from using pre-workout supplements?
There are no specific recommendations for healthy individuals beyond this observation about caffeine, but we need to warn that HAZE contains a significant amount of beta-alanine, which may cause an itching sensation. It does not pose a health risk; it is merely an interaction with receptors present in these areas. However, individuals with any pathology, those using controlled medication, or those inexperienced with supplementation should consult a professional before consuming it.
How to consume pre-workout?
To ensure complete nutritional support, it's important to consume HAZE at least 45 minutes before training. You can combine it with other supplements, use your preferred liquid for preparation—none of this affects its effects.
Consumption recommendation: Consume 1 serving per day.
Beta-alanine consumption should be limited to a maximum daily amount of 2 g, divided into doses of no more than 300 mg, with a two-hour interval between doses.
Preparation suggestion: Dissolve 10g (1 1/2 scoops) in 210 mL of water. Consume 30 mL with a 2-hour interval between doses.
This product should not be consumed by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or children.
